All beautifully decorated rooms are Queen Suites and include a Queen bed plus a Queen/twin sleeper or twin bed(s) in the second room of the suite; Private Bath to be shared with 2-3 people. Tuition Investment Terms: Please read very carefully!

Yeah! You’ve chosen to join us. Please make your first payment; this amount will include the non-refundable administrative fee of $324.00 to hold your space. When you register to attend the retreat, you are: (1) Reserving a sacred space that could prevent another mermaid-writing sister from registering and; (2) Being counted in the minimum number of 18 enrollments, which determines whether or not the retreat will take place.

All final tuition investment payments are due on/by midnight of October 14, 2017.

If You Have to Cancel (And we hope you won’t!)

  • We also know that real life happens. Your cancellation must be sent via email to LoreRaymond1313@gmail.com. Confirmation that it’s been received and read will be sent back to you.
  • If you cancel before approximately two weeks, on/by October 14, 2017: There’s a non-refundable administrative fee of $324.00 and your other payments will be refunded.
  • If you cancel after midnight of October 14, 2017, or approximately 2 weeks before the retreat starts on October 29, 2017: We regretfully cannot refund any of your tuition investment. You are welcome to sell or give away your sacred space, contingent upon the writer completing the registration form and having a brief conversation with Lore Raymond.
  • If cancelled by the Gulfport Writing Retreat for any reason:All payments and deposits will be refunded in full.
